• Set up and decorate the boutique before Nutcracker, Coppelia, Terpsichore Too, and the Youth Spring Performance.
• Decorate for Tea for Tutu
• Design Silent Auction baskets
• Take "behind the scenes" pictures

Publicity Opportunities:

• Put up posters before shows
• Put out rack cards
• Word of mouth publicity at your child's school, among your friends and coworkers
• Use of media/public relations connections
• Donation of time or materials

Performance and Rehearsal Opportunities:

• Help a group of dancers backstage
• Help maintain and care for costumes - before, during, and after the performance/rehearsal
• Hair and make-up help
• Help "load in and load out" of theater
• Help set up and take down the boutique
• Obtain training on the POS system and act as cashier during some of the shows
• Work in the box office, concessions, or boutique
• Stuff & handout programs
• Help with seating
• Help direct parents, students, and patrons to their proper destinations
• Transport a board member's child to and from warm-up when the board member must be at the theater and can't be both places at once.

• Act as a runner between the front of the house and the back of the house.

Office Volunteers:

• Stuff envelopes & help with mailings
• Make phone calls
• Filing
